I started DIH to bring thoughtful design and practical engineering closer together. I work directly with your team, from the first conversation to the details of what ships.
I’m interested in the moments where technology gets in the way: a form that’s hard to finish, a handoff that loses context, or a task someone repeats every morning. Those are good places to begin.
Good work includes what happens behind the interface, and after launch.
Project agreements define ownership of the finished design, source code, and content. Your team gets access to the repository, documentation, and the accounts needed to operate the service. Third-party licenses are identified separately.
We include keyboard navigation, readable contrast, form behavior, and assistive-technology checks throughout design and development. We agree on the project’s accessibility requirements and review approach at the start, and document outstanding issues before launch.
We map what information is collected, where it goes, and who needs access. Development uses representative test data. Hosting, retention, integrations, and staff permissions are agreed with your team before live information enters the system.
Automated steps have a named owner, a visible history, and a way to handle exceptions. Where AI is used, we define its role and the review needed before an output affects a resident or a service decision.
Every handoff includes operating notes, team training, and an agreed support plan. Scope, response windows, maintenance responsibilities, and escalation contacts are written down so your team knows what to expect.
A service that’s hard to use. A process that takes too long. An idea you want to make real. We’d like to hear about it.
A first conversation to understand your organization and see where we can help.
